Customer Service


All merchandise must be returned in saleable condition. Clothing must be unwashed and unworn. Defective or incorrectly shipped product may also be returned during this same time period. Merchandise refunds are given at the current selling price.

To be eligible for a full refund, you must have your original sales receipt, products must be in new condition and must be returned with all pieces originally shipped as well as the original box in which the product was shipped. Product that is not defective must be returned unopened. Do not remove shrink wrap or plastic from product that is to be returned. Please check packing list for return address information. Katke Golf Shop is not responsible for shipping charges for returns unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Your original sales receipt is required for all merchandise returns; in store return as well as online.

Shipping Policies

We do our best to ship orders as soon as they are received. General merchandise may take up to 1 business day after the order is placed to process. Our UPS pickups are on weekdays at 3pm. Deliveries are made during normal business days (deliveries are not made on the weekend).

Due to duty fees, we are unable to ship internationally, including Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

In Store Pick Up

You can choose to pick up your order at the Katke Golf Shop. There is a $5 Restocking Fee applied to orders not picked up within 5 days.
